The way that I gathered evidence in the Houston taxi case against Yellow Cab was the cab company had gone out and taken pictures showing that there wasn’t much property damage in the case, and they argued, well, there’s not much property damage and therefore she’s not hurt badly.

So what I did is I sent my client to medical experts and caused experts it was able to show even though the property damage is not a whole lot, she still has significant spine damage.

We proved that through MRIs and objective studies that show even low impact collisions can cause significant damage and that’s the reason the jury came back with a $7 million verdict.
