What if the Insurance Policy Isn’t Enough to Cover My Bills?

When the insurance company doesn’t have enough Insurance to pay for all of your bills that’s when it’s vitally important to get somebody like me. I’ve had a lot of verdicts against insurance companies where the guy old boy that has hit somebody only has like $30,000 of coverage. So what I do early on in the case is I make a demand for that policy limit of $3,000 or 100,000 whatever it is and if they don’t pay it by my deadline which is 2 weeks after I get the information I’ll take them to court and I’ll ask the jury to give me a verdict for what all the bills are. If the insurance company has failed to settle the case for the policy limits by my deadline the law can make them pay the million dollar verdict or more that’s because they didn’t do what they were supposed to so it can actually turn out to your advantage if they don’t pay the policy.
