Video Description:

The evidence that is needed to prove a wrongful death case is you have to prove that the wrongdoer was at fault. That means that they were negligent.

They did something careless that caused the death and the second thing that you need to do is to develop what the earning power that is lost for the family.

We get an economist to do that and then you want to determine what the value of the loss of.

A loved one is to those that are left, the spouse and the children and the parent and you do that by just talking to the clients, getting to know them getting to understand exactly what has been taken from them so that I can argue to a jury if necessary the value of that loss so that they can put an appropriate number for the compensation.
