Video Description:

How I prepare for trial in large stakes cases and even small stakes cases because all cases are important is I go out and I get what’s called focus groups. I’ve done hundreds of focus groups, which means I get 12 to 15 people from an employment agency and I share the facts of a neutral standpoint.

I don’t tell them who you are, but I share the facts of the case. I get another lawyer to come in and represent the defense and we find out what regular people think about your case that arms me with facts that regular people have told me are the strengths of your case.

It shows me what the weaknesses are in your case and then I shore up the evidence honestly and factually in order to give you a better chance of winning the case. It’s vitally important to do that in every case.
